    • Summary: Several of our servers will be moving from our Great Westerford Data Centre to the Open Access Data Centres in Brakenfell (Cape Town) on the 10th of February 2025.

    This maintenance will temporarily impact the following services between 12:30 am and 3:00 am on the 10th of February 2025:

    • Email Support: Our ability to assist you via email.
    • Webmail Access: Access to mailboxes for domains with email services hosted in Cape Town.

    During this period, we encourage you to contact us via our Chat platform instead of email for any support queries.

    • Symptoms: Email support from our team may be delayed and Webmail will not be accessible for Cape Town hosted mailboxes.
