We are currently experiencing network issues in our Cape Town data centre, impacting Webmail, email and website/database services for hosted domains. This may result in intermittent service disruptions. Our engineers are actively investigating the issue.
We are currently experiencing network issues in our Cape Town data centre, impacting Webmail, email, website/database services, and Control Panel functionality for hosted domains. This may result in intermittent service disruptions. Our engineers are actively investigating the issue.
Customers connected to a Vodacom network were also unable to interact with our services. Switching networks appeared to resolve this particular symptom. This matter is however resolved and Vodacom customers are now able to connect as well.
