    We are aware of an intermittent issue affecting card payments, where customers may receive the following error after approving payment:
    {"response":{"rmsg":"Bad Request"}}

    This currently affects:

    New domain registration orders within the xneelo Control Panel.
    Payments for outstanding invoices.

    Our third party provider is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    Update: The cause has been identified, and our third-party provider is working to resolve the issue.
