  We experienced a DDoS-style attack this morning on our Webmail login page, which caused the timeout errors. A rule has been implemented to better handle these requests, which has mitigated the issue.

  Customer with domains hosted in the Johannesburg data centre are unable to access Webmail at the moment. The login screen times out with a Gateway Timeout error.
