  Users can now access the new Webmail login interface while using the older webmail.konsoleh.co.za URL, allowing browsers to continue autofilling any saved credentials.

  Our engineers are currently testing updates to help browsers better recognise URL changes for password management, while also assessing ways to preserve the original URL with the new login page

  Following a recent security and interface update, our Webmail login page has changed location from webmail.konsoleh.co.za to webmail.xneelo.com. Due to the location change, saved login credentials in browsers (such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox) may not populate automatically.

  If this is the case, please update the URL in your browser's password manager.

  Should you no longer have a record of your email password, this can be reset from within the Control Panel
