  Our Networking team has disabled the NAP BGP sessions from the one JNB edge router connected to the problem NAP network segment, letting the other router handle all the NAP traffic via the good NAP network segment.

  We are currently investigating a network issue affecting connectivity through one of our segments at NAP JNB.

  Our systems connect to two separate network segments at this location, and the issue appears to be isolated to one of those segments. Specifically, the router collector and route server responsible for providing routes to non-peered NAP partners are currently offline within that affected segment.

  Our Networking team is actively working to divert traffic away from the impacted network.

  We apologise for the inconvenience experienced thus far.
