  We have received isolated reports of users not receiving Two-Factor Authentication (OTP) codes via SMS. Initial reports suggest that MTN users may be more affected by this issue

  Our engineers have investigated the service from our side and can confirm that it is fully operational. Our third-party SMS provider has also confirmed that their service is fully operational and SMS delivery is functioning as expected.

  We are continuing to monitor the situation. If you are affected and unable to receive your Two-Factor Authentication code, please contact us at support@xneelo.com so that we can assist with resetting Two-Factor Authentication method if required.

  Monitoring
