    Our engineers have applied a fix to reintroduce support for older TLS versions. This should resolve these errors, and email devices should now connect successfully.

    An update to the SSL version used on our managed hosting environment has dropped support for older TLS versions. This causes an error with the SSL handshake for older email programmes. Please use Webmail if you experience this error as this will be unaffected.

    Identified
