Additional Information:
We have become aware of an issue whereby customers are reporting email bounces relating to Spamcop. These errors are caused by an unforeseen issue Spamcop experienced on the 31st of January 2021. The issue is still ongoing and may affect customers' outgoing email until the issue has been resolved by Spamcop.
The errors in question could read as follows:
Service unavailable; Client host [IP] blocked using bl.spamcop.net
[IP]:34775 is inn550 an RBL
Please note: Emails sent to you between the 31st of January and the 1st of February at 09:30 may have been flagged as spam as a result of the issue.
Symptoms:
Outgoing email may bounce with errors relating to blacklisting with Spamcop.
