Issue:
At 14:20 on 27 April 2020 a number of servers hosted in our German data centre encountered a system error which resulted in them becoming unreachable. These servers required a reboot to bring them back online. From our initial investigation, it appears as if a server panic occurred as a result of a recent software update. We sincerely apologise for any impact this incident has had on your business. Please be assured we will be conducting a thorough investigation.
