Additional Information:
During routine maintenance DNS was failed over, this resulted in customers not being able to access services hosted in our Cape Town data centre. Our engineers Failed DNS back which resolved the matter, we will be investigating this further to establish why the failover was unsuccessful in this instance.
Symptoms:
Customers may experience intermittent connectivity when accessing our Cape Town data centre.
