Should your server be offline, this may be due to multiple drive failures which can result in a total data loss. Please verify the status of your server disks via the RMI (onboard remote control).
Symptoms:
We have experienced an accidental gas discharge in our Cape Town Data Centre which appears to have affected Self-Managed Servers located close to the discharge area. As a result, it is possible that multiple hard drives in a single server have failed.
