Customers using the New Outlook email application may currently experience some of the following issues relating to a bug in the New Outlook email application:

  • Email sending and receiving delays
  • Attachment errors
  • Missing folders in shared accounts
  • Failure to launch the application

Recommended Actions
- Switch back to Classic Outlook (Help > Revert to old Outlook) for better stability.
- Remove and re-add your mailbox (ensure you back up first).
- Contact Microsoft Support if the issue persists.
