Current network status and maintenance

Email services remain fully operational and performant across our hosting platform following the recent storage and system optimisations.

– Current Status: All incoming and outgoing email services are operating normally.
– Scheduled Maintenance (Overnight): We are bringing all hosts in line with our updated standard configuration, incorporating our recent performance optimisations directly into our core base build while applying essential security patches. To ensure full platform consistency and security, this work involves brief, staggered server restarts during off-peak hours.
– Peak-Hour Monitoring: Our engineering team will actively monitor the platform through tomorrow morning’s peak traffic period with rollback protocols in place to prevent service disruption.

Because these final security updates, configuration standardisations and hardware expansions are actively being completed, we are keeping this network notice open until all maintenance is finalised and verified.

Email services have now stabilised and are operating normally. We will continue to monitor performance closely.

Customers on servers affected by this incident will receive an incident report detailing what happened, the actions taken to restore reliable email service and steps we’re taking in response to this incident. We’ll email the report to affected customers as soon as it’s available.

Our engineers continued working on email migrations last night, with our monitoring tools showing stable email performance across the affected servers even as the load increased with email activity.
